An intent to return an item must be notified to us within 15 days after receiving
your order by either email or telephone. Returns are accepted only in
the case of prior authorization. .
All products must be in perfect condition, unopened and in packaging.
You may also wish to exchange an item with another one of the same value.
Shipment cost cannot be refunded except in the case of the incorrect product
being sent the cost for re-sending an item is free.
We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost or
damaged returns. We cannot guarantee that your package will not be damaged upon
arrival to your address.
Any damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
of the products. We sell only brand new products that have not been used. If
a product arrives looking damaged, dirty or resealed then please immediately
file a claim with the carrier and save all original packing material for inspection.
Delivery of Goods:
All orders are processed within 24 hours (unless you have selected the payment
option Cheque/Money Order, whereby orders will be despated once payment has been
finalised). A confirmation email showing we have
received your order will be automatically sent to the email address you use
to log into this site once you have checked out.
If we are out of stock of an item you will be notified and given a delivery
date. If this is not satisfactory you will be given the option of cancelling
All custom applique items found on this site are made to order. Manufacturing
times vary from 1- 5 working days meaning all orders of these items will take
1-2 weeks for delivery, even if express delivery is chosen.
All orders are despatched via Australia Post (Regular or Express) or via TNT
Courier denpending on the option chosen at checkout. All deliveries are subject
to the terms and conditions of your prefered carrier.
Australian Postal service deliver within 3 - 5 working days for inner city
regions and up to 12 days for more remote areas. Please accept our apologies
should your order not be delivered within these time frames. We will track any
order that has been delayed and report back to you.
